We are located in the heart of the Village of Pinecrest in Miami, Florida. Our address is 12175 South Dixie Highway, Pinecrest Florida 33156

We are 5 minutes away from Dadeland Mall, 25 minutes from Brickell and Downtown Miami as well as only 10 miles from Miami International Airport.

Tuesday to Friday 6:00pm - 10:00pm, Saturday 5-10pm, Sunday 4-9pm

Parking is plentiful right in front of the restaurant and on our second floor parking lot. At the moment due to having plenty of free and close parking, we do not have plans for Valet Parking.

Guests can make reservations via our website PlateaMiami.com or by downloading the OpenTable app!

Our corkage policy is $35 per bottle, 2 bottles of 750 ml per table. Bottles may not be on our wine list, if the label is part of our list, we will charge restaurant price no matter the vintage of the wine bottle. We do not allow magnums of champagne & wine. For parties of 4 or less, for each bottle purchased, the corkage fee will be waived.

Wine list:
Our wine list is updated frequently but might not have all the wines featured in our list. You may also check in your wine bottle with our Guest Concierge and they will gladly let you know if we have that specific label.

We are a small restaurant and late cancellations/no-shows GREATLY affect the flow of service. Guests who reserve and do not extend the courtesy of canceling ahead of time in order to allow for other guests to have the opportunity to join us will be charged a fee.

Guests will have up to 12 hours before their reservation time to cancel before incurring a cancellation charge of $35 per person. You should receive a confirmation text the day before your reservation, and a follow-up at the same day of your reservation if you have not yet confirmed or canceled. Please reach out to us if you do not receive confirmation texts.

It depends on how late you are running for your reservation. Normally, guests are allotted between 1.5 to 2 hours at their seats for a reservation, so if we believe that your arrival time is too late to be able to ensure that you and your dining partner(s) will be able to have a full and comfortable dining experience, you may have to forfeit your seat(s) in order to honor the following reservation or be moved to the waitlist.

Yes we do! It would be under our “Gift Cards” section in our website for online gift cards or you may purchase in person for a physical gift card.

As our restaurant is based on seasonality and availability, our menu options for gluten-free/celiac or vegan diners will vary. But we always have friendly alternatives available.

We don’t have a kids menu, but we can make simple dishes based on our current menu.

We make sure all of our tables stay dry on rainy days. They are placed under a wide covered awning extending from the building.

We are only accepting parties of eight or fewer. We are a small restaurant, so it is quite difficult to accommodate more.

We do reserve some seats for walk-ins. These and any openings from cancellations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What's best at Platea Miami is totally up to you and your personal preference. If you're in need of some inspiration, consider trying one of the items featured daily.
